The Working Party has a supporter recognition structure that provides transparent benefits to supporting the Working Party at different levels. Supporters have no steering or governance authority over the Working Party.
The Working Party needs to raise core funding for its secretariat, based at the University of Reading, to maintain documents, procure and manage contracts in order to deliver the Working Party’s dissemination plan. The Working Party also has an “activity” tier to enable us to remain agile and responsive to relevant, unanticipated events and opportunities.
If you are interested in supporting the Working Party, please get in touch via our contact page.
We have the following supporter tiers:
- Gold
- Silver
- Activity sponsor
- Activity partner
- Disseminator
Gold supporter £10K+
Gold supporters have their EPS logos on the footer of the Working Party website, included in any publications produced during the timeframe they provide support and will be included in any event or activity alongside any specific funders for that event or activity. They receive a copy of the quarterly impact tracker report and a quarterly forward look so that they can be aware of achievements of, and forthcoming events, activities, and publications of the Working Party.
Silver supporter £5K+
All Silver supporters acknowledged with names listed in publications of the working party. They receive a copy of the quarterly impact tracker report and a quarterly forward look so that they can be aware of achievements of, and forthcoming events, activities, and publications of the Working Party.
Activity Funding
The Working Party intends to lead by example in its dissemination plan but recognises that there are many organisations and authorities better placed and better able to disseminate the findings and recommendations of the Working Party to the people we are trying to reach.
Activity sponsor
Activity supporters have their logo on all related digital material to the activity they are sponsoring along with those of any core gold supporters on any publications/digital media materials produced by the working party. They receive an activity impact report detailing numbers reached and any impact achieved on launch of the activity and after 6 months of launch.
Activity partner
In this circumstance, a partner organisation leads on the production of dissemination materials for a specific activity package. The partner organisation is responsible for delivering outputs and works alongside the Working Party for content review and production. This might require establishing bespoke terms.
Where the activity falls outside of the Working Party’s dissemination plan or the working party has not secured core funding for the duration of the build up to, and delivery of the proposed activity, the secretariat time, if deemed over and above reasonable in-kind contribution, will need to be costed and covered by the partner organisation.
Non-funding: Disseminator
Disseminators are organisations that make use of material produced by the working party in a product or service, not for profit, or commercial, that facilitates dissemination to identified stakeholders the working party is trying to reach. Use of the material produced by the Working Party requires attribution.
